As digital communications strategist, Alan Williams brings to Sherpa! Web Studios the ability to create and optimize content supporting meaningful experiences. He’s the log keeper on the journey to the summit, providing the narrative of the trek to peak success.

His distinct background spans new and traditional media, email marketing, paid search, and website management to competitively capture and influence key markets and audiences.

Prior to Sherpa!, Williams combined digital and editorial expertise as a B2B magazine editor and digital content manager to fulfill advertiser agendas and create compelling reader experiences. At Yahoo! Search Marketing, he refined search guidelines and campaigns to deliver improved click-through rates for advertisers and results for users.

He has further held publishing positions across book and magazine industry, including The Historic New Orleans Collection and Giant Robot, and devoted editorial expertise to a variety of institutions and projects, notably curricula development for the Masters in Education program at Walden University.

His book reviews and observations on the publishing industry have been widely published, including The Simon, The New Orleans Review, and Antigravity, among others.
