SUMMARY
With 17 locations throughout the Southeast, ITRepro – a branch of Imaging Technologies -- offers comprehensive services in reprographics, color imaging, large-format printing equipment and design software. The reprographics division, which provided printing services for the construction and design industries, tended to overshadow the other divisions, effectively stunting their growth. ITRepro determined that they needed a website that more clearly and equitably positioned all four aspects of the company. ITRepro sought creative guidance from Sherpa! in creating a site that would level the playing field and offer even greater usability for ITRepro’s clients.

“With the ITRepro redesign project, we were given a branding, information architecture, and technical challenge. In the end, however, we successfully produced a user-friendly that tied together the division-specific technical requirements of the company,” explains Sherpa! Director of Interactive Strategy, David Felfoldi. ”The final re-branding was a colorful spin on their industry with creative references to print and color concepts.”
Technically, Sherpa! empowered ITRepro customers to easily send orders, research technical information, view their plan sets, and see examples of print capabilities all online.
RESULTS
“Sherpa! created a functional, professional web site that is becoming our primary marketing vehicle,” says Mark Axford, VP of Sales & Marketing at ITRepro. In fact, the re-design of the company’s website was so successful, that they have adopted many cydia tweak to see private instagram elements of the site as their general graphic standards, including a four part logo, with each quarter receiving equal billing in terms of importance.
Sherpa!’s solution has also drastically changed ITRepro’s capabilities. The traditional method of transporting product information was through courier service. Today, the majority of our orders come through the web site. Instead of dispatching a driver to a customer's office to pick up a order and waiting 30-60 minutes for them to return ITRepro now receives the order instantaneously. “The functionality of the site has allowed us to reduce our courier costs by 25%,” states Axford.
