Tellworks Rebrands via Interactive Redesign

  July 16th, 2012

Tellworks Communications specializes in technology asset management and recovery services. To better educate decision makers and grow the company, the company had to recover its primary digital asset: the Tellworks website.

The redesign project by Sherpa! Web Studios sought to

  • Illustrate Tellwork’s unique, holistic approach to service offerings
  • Provide messaging and content clearly describing the company’s mission while distinguishing its services from competition
  • Re-brand the firm through the site’s new look, feel, and messaging while preserving the main logo
  • Establish leadership credibility and trust — critical for handling data management and de-manufacturing for Fortune 1000 firms, data centers, and service providers

The site’s main interactive graphic highlights the eight stages in technology’s life cycle and Tellworks’ management at every stage. Users rotate the wheel to reveal Tellworks’ expertise at each stage. They can also select each of primary benefits of Tellworks’ methodology — Total Cost of Ownership, Change Management, and Risk Mitigation — to “light up” multiple stages delivering each benefit.

Through animating Tellworks’ core services and values offered to I.T. budgets, the entire site is distilled in one place, quickly and memorably.

Since its launch, the site has been the primary reason one major telecom manufacturer engaged Tellworks, according to Kim Knight, quality control manager.
